Original documents and temporary intake records are scheduled for deletion 30 days after submission once delivery has been confirmed, or once the submission is refused. Unconfirmed deliveries are retained until resolved. Encrypted recovery backups expire on a rolling 30-day cycle and can retain copies beyond the live deletion date. This notice covers the CV intake service; candidate information retained in the recruitment system follows its recruitment privacy policy.
